Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I am positive, organized, and always on time. I love making borrowers excited about their transactions. I pay meticulous attention to detail and strive for complete accuracy - obtaining initials, signatures, and dates. My job is to guide your clients through all loan documents including Trust Certifications, PCOR, Statement of Information, and Disbursements of Proceeds. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
