I am able to execute signing assignments with no or very little assistance from signing agencies, title companies, or lenders. If assistance is needed I go through the correct avenues to ensure a successful signing. My experience helps to recognize if there is an issue with documents early on & I am usually able to rectify the situation either before or during the signing to prevent delays in closing/funding. With early morning signings, I aim to send out documents the same day for next day delivery.
I mostly service Pima County, however I am willing to service other nearby counties with proper fee accommodations.
