I will print documents according to PDF size and never double-sided. I will provide signers with a copy of documents. I will scan back as requested. I will drop completed documents of at FedEx ASAP and on time for next day delivery for all closings completed after 4pm. I will not rush or pressure signers. I will not provide opinions or legal advice. I will perform notarizations at the signing and according to proper procedure. I take responsibility for my actions and will correct unlikely errors ASAP.
