I understand why I need signatures to be accurate and forms filled out rather than left blank by the signer. I will carefully triple check over every single page of all documents making sure that signatures, dates, and initials are all properly filled out. I will pay special attention to documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are correctly filled out. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will take responsibility and make it a priority to correct my error immediately so that nothing is delayed. I will stop whatever else I am doing to ensure this is corrected for you as quickly as possible.

The documents will be returned promptly and within required time limits as soon as the signing is complete. I will keep you informed throughout the signing process. I know FedEx and UPS last drop off times and will make these drop off times to prevent any delays.

If during a signing, there is an unforeseen delay such as a signer thought they had two forms of ID but cannot locate one, I will always call and inform you as to what is happening or causing a delay. I will do so promptly so that you can be informed and aware of what is happening at the signing.

I understand the importance of not leaving forms blank and have been trained to understand and help with Deed of Trust or PCOR report. I want to make sure you have the most flawless closing possible.
