I have been a notary for the past 17 years. I worked as an Escrow Agent for Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company in Maumelle, Arkansas for 8 years closing FHA, VA, Conventional, Home Equity, Construction, and even some commercial loans. I then began employment with First National Title Company in Little Rock and worked an additional 3 years closing the same types of loans in their branch office located in Maumelle, Arkansas. I left First National Title Company and began working for National Bank of Arkansas in Maumelle, Arkansas as a loan officer for 2 years. I worked as a legal secretary for Keith Faulkner, an attorney in Conway, Arkansas from July, 2011 until June, 2014, upon which I resigned my position in order to care for my father. I have extensive knowledge of real estate closing documents, as well as legal documents regarding Power of Attorneys, Guardianships, and Estates. I have done well over 2000+ closings in my career as an Escrow Agent. I am very customer oriented and pride myself in providing excellent customer service. Understanding that not all borrowers are able to execute their documents between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, I often worked late, including weekends, and traveled to the borrower when necessary. "Have pen, will travel" became my motto in order to provide customer satisfaction and increase my client base.
