I cover Boone, Baxter, Madison, Marion, Searcy, Carroll, &( Stone additional for mileage please) , Counties.

I do loan modifications . My Favorite, coming in first place is HECM. I love doing reverse mortgages . I enjoy them while I understand most LSAs despise them . They are fun to do despite the larger package size and added time . I also enjoy refi's .

I first became commissioned in 2017. I started off with General Notary Work focusing on Last wills and Testaments, Estates , medical directives, Palliative care documents and Arrangement & Disposition documents.

I learned about Loan signing agent work and jumped in the pool!
I have been working in "property" related work most of my working life . I was a property manger for the majority of my career. I loved it. I enjoyed the administrative work the application processing, the computer program, preparing and signing the leases, and of course my residents . It only makes sense I would move into Loan signing agent work.

I feel like I've found my calling as an LSA. I truly enjoy all aspects of the job and process. From clicking "I'm available" , to printing and flagging docs to driving to the signers location, the actual signing , and scan backs , and finally handing the shipping envelope over to Fedex or ups. It's fun, and they say if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life.

I have worked as CSI and customer retention for the world's number 1 volume car dealership. My job was to gather data on every transaction, try to catch any issues or concerns in that process. Part of that job was to deescalate angry customers and situations and increase retention and the CSI score. I was very successful at this job.

I have always been someone who gets highly focused on my task, which is beneficial as it leads to attention to detail. I understand certain populations may have different needs for example: our senior population may need special pens for Parkinson's or arthritis, so I make sure to have at least 2 with me when I go to an appointment. I also carry a clipboard because you never know where you will be signing and bringing the flat surface is very helpful and beneficial .

I have excellent interpersonal skills and make connections with clients and signers, this leaves them feeling like they're more than walking dollar signs but people that matter to me and the company I work for. I have learned many methods and approaches to ensure a satisfactory resolution to tense or high conflict resolutions . I feel this is very helpful in Loan Signing when signers become upset. Both property management and CSI/ retention positions helped fine tune my customer relations and interpersonal skills.

I am detailed oriented and will pay close attention to your instructions and follow them. I understand the importance of sending scan backs, & mailing documents ASAP, I focus on the details such as check boxes , and initial boxes and checking for errors before leaving the signing.

Mortgages and REFi's .
MY E&O is $1,000,000 and I carry general liability as well.

I enjoy my job and do my best to express that when I am with signers so they don't feel rushed, like their questions annoy or bother me and we can always get a resolution or answers to a concern or question , I want them to know I'm on their team working together to accomplish the signing .
