My background in real estate, insurance adjusting and inspection of both residential and commercial properties has served me well by being comfortable meeting people in their homes and providing professional services. As a former catastrophe insurance adjuster, I am accustomed to meeting with homeowners who are emotional or nervous about the process and able to put them at ease. That along with my training and high attention to detail have prepared me to deliver excellent customer service.
In addition to loan signings, I am available for I-9 verifications, general notary work, and filing of real estate documents with the County Clerk in Hempstead, Nevada, and Howard counties. Other services may be provided as negotiated.
