With more than a decade of notarial experience and nearly two decades of professional experience in Human Resources, Melissa Weaver brings a unique blend of professionalism, attention to detail, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Melissa has been a commissioned Arkansas Notary Public since 2013 and continues to expand her knowledge and services to meet the evolving needs of individuals, families, and businesses. She is a certified Loan Signing Agent, an Electronic Notary (eNotary), and an ordained minister. She also participates in remote online notarization through Proof's RON platform, providing convenient and secure online notarization services.

Since beginning her Human Resources career in 2007, Melissa has worked across multiple industries, developing extensive experience in compliance, documentation, confidentiality, employee relations, and professional communication. She currently serves as a Director of Human Resources for a hospitality group, where accuracy, discretion, accountability, and attention to detail are essential every day.

Melissa believes that notarization is about more than witnessing a signature. It is about providing a dependable, professional experience and helping people navigate important documents with confidence and peace of mind.
