I have several years of experience in the mortgage/real estate business. I hold an inactive license in real estate. I received my mortgage officer license for the state of Arkansas in 2005. However, I haven't processed loans in over 10 years. I received my initial notary public commission in 2001. My E/O insurance is for $100k and am bonded for the state required $7500.
