Previously a CA notary (and trainer/mentor) for many years, and then relocated to Arkansas, I have completed thousands of loan doc signings as a certified and background-approved signing agent. I enjoy the integrity and challenges of this career and consider it equally important to be flexible as it is to be professional. It's been my experience that most difficult situations can be resolved with clear-headed patience and kindness. I'm also a licensed minister and serve as chaplain at our local hospital and hospice agency.
