This includes printing on the correct paper size, and never printing documents double sided. I have over 25 years of customer service experience where I have provided concierge level service. I am professional and have excellent time management skills. I communicate very well and will keep you informed about the entire process from scheduling through the document shipping (or scan back if applicable).
My background has taught me to value and protect client’s privacy and handle all matters with discretion. You can count on me to give your clients excellent service, I will not pressure or rush them to sign documents, nor will I provide legal advice or opinions. Closings that I handle will be accurate and complete including, but not limited to Home Refinance, Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, and Seller's Packages. I am highly adept at building excellent working relationships with others. In addition, I am exceptionally reliable. If scan backs are requested, I am equipped to do so promptly.

FedEx and UPS have multiple locations in my area, so I ship documents the same day (or by 10:00AM the following day for signings completed after 5:00PM).
