Born and raised in the bay area, I am a signing agent residing in Alameda. I can cover all of the East Bay, and can travel further depending on availability. My experience includes previous employment as a loan processor and personal involvement with my own complicated loan signing. As a loan processor I became very familiar with many of the different documents needed to complete a loan. As a home buyer myself, I have a personal understanding of the feelings associated with finally signing the loan documents and as a signing agent it is my goal to ensure that process is easy and smooth.
