I am a notary/Certified Loan Signing Agent that is NNA, LSS, and Notary2Pro trained. I ensure when you hire me that your borrower will have a great signing experience.  I go over each document effectively and ensure that they are complete and properly filled out with signatures, dates, and initials as needed.  I then look over key documents again such as the 1003, Notice of Right to Cancel, and Deed of Trust to verify that they are filled out properly and are complete.  On the rare occasion, a mistake was made, I stop what I'm doing and will fix it right away.  Documents will be returned within a timely manner as soon as the signing is complete, (I am aware of my local FedEx drop-off times) and I will keep you updated throughout the process.  You can rest assure that your borrowers will have a quality signing with me and I look forward for the opportunity to work with you.
