I've been a loan document signer since 1995. I lost count a long time ago, but my number of loan document packages must range in the 4000-5000 range. I can sign any package with ease. Escrow trained and NNA Certified. I'm in San Bernardino County, which is larger than most eastern states. Therefore, I only service a portion of it. I live in Apple Valley and service the Victor Valley area for a base fee. I will travel farther if you are willing to pay me to go the distance. I have traveled to Blythe and Needles, so anywhere in between is doable. I have also possessed a real estate license since 1995. My motto is " A loan assigned, is a loan signed!".
