I have been a licensed CPA in California since 1974. Over the years I have assisted numerous clients with the loan signing process. I sold my CPA practice approximately 3 years ago and now work exclusively as a Certified Loan Signer. To date, as a Certified Loan Signer, I have successfully completed over 500 loan signings, and I have been able to consistently maintain a White Glove status. I am available 24/7, and I am willing to travel distances of up to 75 miles.
