Currently I notarize exclusively for a private lender. Most of the hard money loans documents are for commercial purposes. My clients are contractors, realtors, flippers, and investors. I am grateful to have been trained by the lender allowing me to see and experience the whole process of closing various transactions. Recently, I closed my own residential flip. This project gave me addition experience with real estate risk and reward. I am confident my experience and communication with escrow will lead to successful recording confirmations.
