I worked as a Junior Escrow Officer for 10 years. I ended that career about 2 years ago so I could have a more flexible schedule for my kiddos. I reactivated my notary licence at the end of last year and I'm ready to really get going on my notary business in 2016.

I have experience in Residential and Commercial Escrow. Because of my Escrow experience I am very familiar with loan documents, deeds, deeds of trust, corporations, LLC's, trusts, etc. I am very detail oriented and I love people. I am fully covered with a $15,000 Bond and $100,000 E & O Insurance and I just purchased a top of the line laser ink jet printer for quality printing.

Back in my escrow hayday I did upwards of 10 signings per week. I was good at it and made people feel at ease. I miss it. It was my favorite part of the job.
