I received my Notary Commission and Certification in Loan Signing June of 2018. I have been in the real estate field since 1993. Most of my experience has been as a commercial property manager dealing with nearly one million square foot of office, retail and warehouse space. In this capacity, I have years of experience dealing with loan documents, lease documents and other types of professional contracts. I have a couple years of residential real estate sales experience and have had my California Real Estate license since 2001. I have dealt with loan professionals not only in my long career, but also in my own personal transactions. I enjoy working with people and helping them through a stressful time during one of lifetime's largest purchases.
