(I heard all you need is a ream of paper to print. I have yet to find a ream with all the personalized docs and both paper sizes. So, below I have detailed all costs, especially print details.)

Below is a transparent basic material checklist. I notice a lot of order request fees do not even cover material cost. (office depot wouldn't offer self serve printing services if they were paying for everyone's materials!)

Disclosure: Most loan signings do not pay per notarization they pay a base fee for the loan package itself. We have developed a system to clearly address the fee base that includes the materials needed and time it takes. Especially, since most order requests do not disclose basic information such as number of pages and how many signers and how many notarized signatures/recordings.
