I have been a Notary Signing Agent for 2 months and have completed 22 loan signings and 11 non-real estate document signings. I always dress professionally and aim to conduct myself in the same manner. I always try to ensure respecting the time of everyone involved by arriving on time, scanning back documents in a timely fashion, and making FedEx pick-up if given the opportunity. I have completed multiple refinances (VA, FHA, Conventional), sellers packages, and HELOCs.
