I ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience and correctly fills out all the forms.

And if by some chance there is an error, I will ensure that any corrections are taken care of IMMEDIATELY, and the doc is hand-delivered to escrow (if it is within driving distance) or shipped out via FedEx/UPS Next day air.

I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major docs are all filled out completely and signed/dated properly.
