In my 5th term, with over 19 1/2 years as a Notary Public and signing agent. Very detailed in signing, making sure all documents are signed, dated as needed. I double check my work at the signing, I triple check before I drop off to make sure my notary sections are complete. Experience signing various loan documents, from Conventional financing, FHA, VA, reverse mortgage, private party lenders, cash purchases, seller documents, Helocs, just about every loan type out there, I've signed them. Left the mortgage industry many years ago to do be a full time signing agent.
