I'm a notary public with over 12 years of experience. I'm also a real estate broker in the industry since 2001. I've lived in the Bay area since 1991. Prior to settling in the Bay area, I served 8-yrs in the U.S.Navy as a Hospital Corpman. An Alum of University of San Francisco '99 with a BA in Physiology w/ a Concentration in Sports Medicine. Have an interest in real estate law and much more. Reside with my loving cat Almendra Soli, an all-white Turkish Angora with a personality of her own. I service the Bay area within a 25-mile radius of Berkeley, CA. Love a good joke. When not out loan signing, I spend time working on my 16,000 sq ft LOT gardening and simply hanging out enjoying the scenery of many Oak trees and vegitation aka abating weed.
