Extensively trained as a loan signing agent, I have obtained certifications through Notary2Pro, the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System.

In my experience, companies value a quick return with scanbacks and often request ASAP signings. As a result, I come fully equipped with a dual tray printer and commercial scanner BOTH in my car and at my home office. As soon as a signing notification is received, I reach out to the borrower with a phone call and text message. I ensure the names, dates and locations are verified during the confirmation call.

During the signing process, each closing document is presented in compliance with what YOU have asked as the contracting company as well as stating the name and purpose of each document. Yes, I read the closing agent directions with each assignment! As with all legally binding documents- the Notice of Right to Cancel and the NEW 1003 are properly signed and initialed every time. Adherence to signatures, names, dates and providing a clear stamp is vital in this business!
