I scrupulously go over each document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I am trained in PCORs, VA docs and understand the importance of being knowledgeable in each. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. Nothing is more important to me than the appointment I am on right now or the appointment I have just finished. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If requesting scan/fax backs and time only permits scan back OR drop off, I will ask which one is more important to you for this package.
