I have been working as a mobile notary since June of 2015. I serve several offices in the Tri Valley area near my Dublin home as well as offices in Oakland and Fremont. I am truly a "mobile notary", routinely doing signings in Santa Clara, San Joaquin, Solano, San Francisco, San Mateo etc... "Have Stamp, will travel" is a good fit for what I do. Making mistakes on assignments is unacceptable and is most likely the reason why I get so many calls. Typically, I will "go through" loan and title docs 3 times for every signing. Once to prep and inspect, familiarizing myself with any specific lender signing instructions etc, second time is during the signing with the borrowers, and the third time is a inspections of all the signed stamped docs, before I leave the site of the signing to ensure accuracy and completeness. I am too busy each day to deal with mistakes from the previous days work load.
