I have over 23 years in mortgage lending. I have worked with multiple lending products from FHA, Non-conforming, and Conventional loans. In the last 5 years, I have worked in affordable housing (homeownership), and I complete the loan administration work including underwriting, purchase contract signings and creating seller documents (note, deed of trust, resale restrictions, grant deed, etc.). Currently, I work with people from diverse backgrounds and meet with them to discuss the documents or refer them to the appropriate party. As of October 2023, I can now notarize documents and I have not completed any signings yet. Despite, having no previous signing experience, I am familiar with notarized documents because I either create or approve the documents before they go to a notary.
