I will walk your borrowers through the Closing Statement, the Note, the Deed, and the Closing Disclosure.  I always ensure that we thoroughly review and complete the Notice of Right to Cancel, with the correct date and initials as needed.  All of the forms will be returned completed, including the PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification, and Disbursements of Proceeds. The 1003 will be initialed for joint credit on the first page and signed/dated after Section 6. After the appointment is completed, you will be updated on the status if your prefer.
