I have worked in the escrow for about 5 years. I have been doing loan signings and sellers packets very frequently for the last 4 years. I have a lot of knowledge about loan documents and am very familiar with all of the forms included in the loan package. I have enough experience to explain to the customers what the forms are. I currently am still working in escrow which really helps me stay updated and knowledgeable about all escrow and loan documents. I have done many signings in the north county and San Diego area.
