I work full-time at the Attorney General's Office. I am only available after 5pm Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday any time.
I am professional and expect the same respect from the mortgage companies that I give to them. So, I prefer a minimum of 2 hours preparation time from assignment to borrower appointment to receive, print out, and double check the documents.
I don't like "fax backs" because it costs me extra to fax what usually ends up being close to the entire package and this is not covered in what I am paid.
I have been a notary public since the early 1990's, I have a Juris Doctorate Degree, and am a certified paralegal. I have plans to take the California State Bar Exam in late 2015.
Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, and Placer Counties are regions I am willing to cover with additional travel costs added to the flat fee arranged. I am willing to negotiate if needed.
