I have performed 1500+ signings in addition to signing Travel Letters, Power of Attorney documents, Insurance Statements/Affidavits, Government forms...etc. My escrow background comes in very handy when working with concerned/confused signers, especially First time Home Buyers that don't understand the process.

I understand everyone has different needs and can usually be very accommodating when scheduling. I am very straightforward and at the same time, sensitive to the client's needs. I take pride in my work, as I understand there is no better business card, reference or resume...than proof (completed work).
