I can pick up documents from the local office or receive electronic documents via email or online portals. I also typically send encrypted scan back of signed documents via secure pdf documents in order to protect client privacy.

I can print documents at my home office through my dual tray printer and I can provide scan backs for situations where timing is crucial.

I take pride in making sure signers fill in all the blank forms, and all signatures are as typed on the signature line. I have learned all the common mistakes made by notaries, such as missing signatures on the first page of 1003, or the signature in the middle of the second page of the VA loan. I make sure everything is correct before I leave the signing table. I also double-check before dropping off the signed documents. On rare occasions when I miss something, I have typically established a great rapport with signers which makes corrections expedient, because they are willing to make concessions in their schedule to accommodate me.
