I am very familiar with processing documents, proofreading, filing, Accounts Receivables and confidentiality. Pertaining to my notary work, Other than general notary assignments, I've notarized Stewart Title's Sellers&Buyers loan documents/pkgs, Mortgage REFIs, Health/Medical Directives, Deeds, Loan Modifications, Trust, Students travel authorizations, Retirements forms, POAs, prep CA notary certificates as needed, Affidavits, Adoptions docs, etc. I'm very comfortable with what I do as well as good communication with all my customers/clients. As for travel...I cover Sacramento county region and surrounding areas and counties, Long distance is per request from San Francisco Bay Area is limited depending on my availability. Mileage fees will be charged accordingly. My schedule is from Sunday to Saturday. Open from 9AM to 6PM. *Seasons are specific on time because of the unpredicting weather. Winter schedule is from 9AM to 4PM. Time varies daily or weekly due to my availability and government red-flags should they arise. *Weekends is specifically catered to my availability.
