I’m in my 50s and have been semi-retired but working as a travel notary/signing agent in the Los Angeles area. Since graduate school (MBA with undergraduate degree from UCLA) and up to several years ago, I worked in various senior Treasury Management roles. Most recently, for ten years, I was a corporate finance officer for a large multi-national corporation.
As a former finance executive, I have many years of experience in negotiating, analyzing, and finalizing financial documents. Specifically, I have extensive knowledge of real estate documents.
