My name is Casey Manahan and I am a Full Time LSS and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. These trainings have ingrained in me to ensure that your signing is handled correctly, the first time, and that you and your clients are happy. The products that I have experience signings for are purchases, HELOCs, refinances and seller's packages with virtually no errors. My starting fees are negotiable to help start our business relationship. The printer I use is a dual tray Brother HL-L6200DW. The scanner I use is a Epson ES400II, which is mobile. This means that I am able to get the documents scanned immediately right after the signing is done. I obtained my commission in 2023 and completed the Loan Signing System as well as the NNA Notary Signing Agent certification in 2025. I have previous experience in Hospitality Management, specifically in the luxury sector. With this experience, I have been engrained with providing "white glove" service and understanding that every detail is important. This means that every document will be signed, initialed, and stamped.
