I became a Notary public in August 2022 and a loan signing agent shortly after. I am a student of the LSS course and am well versed in making sure borrowers understand important docs like their closing disclosure, Note, and, first Payment Letter. I take pride in making sure i'm properly guiding borrowers when filling out loan documents. I have a deep understanding of how to correctly fill out a PCOR along with all other significant documents, and always triple check the Notice of Right to Cancel doc. I am truly passionate about helping people attain their goals and make it my duty to be extremely detail-oriented so I get the job done right the first time around. :)
