I accept Loan Signing and Notary assignments via-email and phone. I have the ability to accurately print and prepare loan documents. Review closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses and legal information. Ability to obtain all necessary signatures. Arrive 10 minutes earlier than the appointment. Review documents before leaving. Email document required by the signing companies immediately after signings and other legal documents. Fedex or UPS documents back to the signing company the following day as directed. Perform between 10-20 signings each month.
