I know the documents and the process. My familiarity with the closing documents allows me to notice if any docs are missing or if something does not look right. I will always call to double check in hopes of avoiding major issues in the future. Although not perfect, I am detailed oriented and have made few errors but corrected them right away. Aware that the Signing Agent is usually the only face to face contact the signers have, I am really good at reading personalities within the first few minutes of contact, adapt accordingly, and have the ability to ensure the signing experience is positive and comfortable.

I am based in Concord, CA and cover all of Contra Costa County; parts of Solano County including Benicia, Vallejo and additional fee for Suisun City, Fairfield, and Napa; as well as parts of Alameda County including the City of Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasanton, and Dublin.
