I have worked as an escrow assistant for 4+ years and have done thousands of loan signings with direct business since 2004
I want to make sure the borrower has a great experience signing with me. I know that how I perform, will reflect on each and every party involved. I check over the documents before I go to make sure everything was printed correctly and the right size. I make sure ALL signatures, dates, initials, are correct and pay extra attention to detail. If in a trust I make sure it is signed the right way. If on a rare occasion I do miss something I make sure to fix it right away as I know how an error can cause a delay in funding and possibly rate lock. I return the documents as soon as possible. I know all the UPS and Fed X drop off locations in my area and always get a receipt. Im confidant I can do quality work and look forward to working with you soon.
