I’ve taken advantage of my recent downtime by training to be a loan signing agent. I was introduced to the loan signing business via a mentor, who has been a loan signing agent for two years. It has been exciting to see them grow their business, and I’m excited to do the same. With their mentorship, I’m comfortable walking signers through the Trust Certification, Preliminary Change of Ownership (PCOR), and Notice of Right to Cancel documents. I’m sensitive to the various needs of signers during these social distancing times. I intend to make my signing appointments as safe and compliant as possible.
