I triple-check dates, signatures, and initials to save the borrower and lenders time and money. If on a rare occasion something is incorrect, I will make it my top priority to fix my mistake. I believe communication is key and will notify you every step of the way. I package the documents neatly and turn them in promptly to the nearest FedEx. My prices are as follows:
$50- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)/ 2nd mortgages
$75- Seller packages
$50-Loan applications
$90-100 on all other packages

I am available last minute for most signings 8 am- 4 pm. I look forward to assisting you.
