I always make sure the borrowers’ initials are on the first page on the new credit application if it’s a joint application. I always there's no missing dates, initials, stamps, or signatures. I have a dual or that middle signature on the 2nd page of the VA loan. Notice of Right to Cancel will always come back correctly ( I always make sure the borrow initials next to any dates that need to be changed) I' am available 24/7 through appointments. Last but definitely not least I know where all the Fed Ex and UPS drop boxes are in my area and will always get docs back ASAP.
