I’m a notary public and I am NNA certified. I currently work with contracts that involve real estate documents like Mortgage loans, Affidavits, Deeds, Living Trust, Power of Attorney, etc. I notarize contracts, mortgage loans, and Living Trusts daily so I am very well informed on all these documents and how the signing process operates. I also work with different Title insurance companies to make sure every client is covered. I spend half my week in Downey, California (Los Angeles county) and the other half in Newport/Laguna (Orange County). I am available all day Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday’s, then on Wednesday-Saturday I am available after 5:00 pm.
