I am a notary and work in escrow. I am very proficient at signing all sorts of documents especially loan documents, as this is what I process during my work day. I have worked in escrow for five years and have had my notary for four years, and renewed it as well, so don't be turn off by the expiration date approaching. I won't have my new stamp until my old one expires. I prefer signings around LA and Orange counties, but a weekend signing I am available to do signing further as well.
