I've been doing notaries for over 15 years I am part of the NNA. I am a people person. I understand closing statements and can explain what all the fee mean and who is covering those fees. I understand taxes and insurance amounts on the closing sheets and why that amount needs to be collected at that time. I have a good knowledge of the documents that in the loan pkg. and why they need to be sign. I am very accommodating with signing times and I understand the urgency of getting the signing done quickly and back to the title company for funding. I'm also flexible with my notary fees if needed.
