I have been a Notary Public for more than a year taking on more than a thousand notarization assignments with Signing Order.com. I am confident that I have extensive experience, dedication, qualifications, and skill in the field.

I have worked as a loan signing agent since May 2021. I was responsible for performing many different aspects of notarization, including taking affidavits, administering oaths and affirmations, witnessing signatures, providing copies of documents, performing scans using the Singing Order database, loan signing, full purchases, reverse Mtg, loan applications, cash deals, and providing outstanding customer service to clients.

I also had the opportunity to work with many different types of clients. As a result, I have mastered interpersonal skills as I am patient, efficient, reliable, and understanding of the client’s needs to ensure a positive and successful experience. I am fluent in three languages (English, Mandarin, and Cantonese). I am also knowledgeable about the notary process and laws governing notarization in the state of California and about how to operate
office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.

In addition to my experience as a notary public, I have also worked as a real estate agent for over 20 years. This experience has allowed have a better understanding of the importance of closing times in notarizations and work as a team player, which I believe has allowed me to better serve my clients by being clear, efficient, and always meeting my deadlines.
