Because I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cause delayed closings, re-signs, or missed rate locks.
I do my very best to NOT make any mistakes because again, I know how costly these mistakes can be.
But if I do, I will take care of any mistakes IMMEDIATELY without hesitation.
I’m not picky about appointment times,
I’m willing to travel for any signing,
And I’m never late to appointments, even though I have a 5 month old at home!
