Hello! My name is J Okumbe, and I’m a California native currently based in the Sacramento area. I’ve had the opportunity to live and travel in different parts of the world, which has helped shape my appreciation for people, communication, and doing things the right way.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from CSU Chico, and I am a Notary Public and NNA-certified Loan Signing Agent. My background has trained me to value accuracy, organization, efficiency, and integrity—qualities that are especially important when handling important documents and signings.
I truly enjoy helping people, and I take pride in guiding clients through the signing process with patience, clarity, and professionalism. Whether you’re completing a loan signing or need notary services, my goal is to make the experience smooth, stress-free, and handled with care.
Outside of work, I’m a husband of 11 years and a proud father of two boys who are quickly becoming young men. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and even tackling yard work. These parts of my life keep me grounded and reinforce the importance of trust, responsibility, and follow-through in everything I do.
