- No signatures will be missed.

- Your client will end the signing happy and NOT confused (I have the knowledge to walk them through a set of loan documents)!

- FedEx drop-offs are done same-day (or immediately the following morning if signing is in the afternoon).

- The PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major docs are all always completely filled out and signed/dated properly.

- On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will drop everything to get it corrected for you.
