I am a certified notary signing agent with 25+ years of experience in the loan signing industry. I am a member of the NNA and a have a certification through the NNA as a Certified Signing Agent.

I work full time as a loan signings specialist and am available almost always, including nights and weekends.

I am based out of Orangevale, CA and service the Greater Sacramento areas including Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Auburn, Penryn, Loomis, Sacramento and Antelope, El Dorado Hills and Folsom. I am also willing to travel to Placerville, Elk Grove and Fairfield, Grass Valley, Colfax, and Meadow Vista for a slightly higher signing fee.

I have a GREAT personality that I try to bring to the signing table. I feel it helps break up the monotony and makes the sellers or borrowers feel a little more at ease with the process. Ultimately, I conduct myself as if I were an extension of you.
